Speed Riding is a sport that combines off-piste skiing with paragliding. There are no limits, slopes and obstacles that a good skier holding onto a sail can overcome. In Samoens, a ski resort in the Upper Savoy, a very special slalom competition takes place every year. The doors are very far from each other, sometimes even separated by small valleys. The competitor, like a normal skier, must pass the door skiing on the snow, but the track between one door and the other of the race is an incredible flight between snowy slopes, fresh snow sometimes flying over woods and rocks. A very special and very spectacular ski race to see. A sport for excellent skiers and especially for those who know how to use paragliding.
