The island of Fuerteventura in the Canary archipelago is known as  the island of the wind, one of the perfect places to practice wind and kite surfing during all year round. An island with wild coasts that are partly rocky and partly sandy with protects lagoons that allow you to practice sailing sports also during the Christmas period. Small fishing towns along the coast allow accommodation and hotels for all levels of quality and cost. The typical Canarian cuisine based on freshly caught fish, cheeses and meats from locally raised animals offers a wide range of typical dishes. The island can be reached both by plane and by ferry that allow you to reach the island even with your own motor home. Thanks to the presence of National Naturalistic Parks, it is possible to practise both sporting and cultural holidays to discover the wild nature that characterizes the island.
