Even if on the island most tourists stop in Mykonos town or surrounding areas not too far away, by renting a scooter or a car you can discover isolated sandy beaches where you can spend days in complete tranquility and see wild cliffs marked by paths for long walks among nature and beautiful landscapes. The interior is not very populated but along the coast there are small villages where you can taste typical dishes of fresh fish just caught by local fishermen. An unusual trip away from the nightlife and crowded beaches near the party town of Mykonos.
