Under the hill of Suquet, the historic district of Cannes, in the bay of the Old Port, it tooks place one of the most important meetings of the Mediterranean for the Nautical World: the Cannes Yachting Festival. 630 boats exposed, divided into thematic areas: big yachts, motor boats, sailboats, catamarans and floating boats, also known as RIB. Moreover, in the halls of the convention center and in the stands that occupied the docks, was exhibited new products useful in the boat as binoculars, anchors, equipment, paints and clothing. Thousands of visitors have visited the nautical show with great satisfaction of exhibitors and the shipyards present in Cannes. Besides, in the new port of Port Cantò, connected by a ferry service within the boat show, dozens of yachts were exposed for sale that have helped to make the event, a meeting point between sellers and buyers.
